Prezi… the Presentation Power Tool!

Prezi is a new version of powerpoint.  It is the “power tool” of presentations!  Prezi is “a web-based presentation application and storytelling tool that uses a single canvas instead of traditional slides.” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prezi).  Qwiki has a great educational video and audio explanation of Prezi as well!

Students would love using Prezi because its special effects (moving, rotating, scaling, zooming, pathways and so on) are more appealing than the traditional Power point slides. The basic skills are easy to learn and incorporate.  With more practice and expertise, additional effects can be implemented.

Sure you can, but I have a new link because I noticed that I had a spelling mistake on one of my titles… oops! It has been updated.
